Remember, this is a five-MILE event, not a 5K (3.1 miles). If you’re uncomfortable with this distance, then we recommend that you do the one-mile walk/run. We encourage you to train and run appropriately and accordingly. This year’s event will have separate starts for timed, untimed, and the one-mile. We will divide by bib colors. Once in the appropriate area, line up according your pace. Look for the pace signs.
