Vision
Caritas envisions a community where there is respect for all
individuals, hope for those experiencing poverty and opportunities for
self-reliance.
Mission
Caritas provides a service continuum for those experiencing poverty
that begins with a safety net and links them to resources to achieve
self-sufficiency.
Results
Last year, the Turkey Trot donated over $250,000 to Caritas of Austin. Over 18,500 people participated making it once again Texas’ largest 5-mile run. The ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot attracts the entire family! Most importantly, your sponsorship helps continue a long tradition of advocating for the poor by ensuring basic needs are met. Over the past 20 years, the ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot has raised more than $1,250,000 on behalf of Caritas!
